Neither is correct and I am not sure what you want to say. Perhaps this?—

His play is a highlight of [the festival].

What I meant is that....

We watch post match highlights in TV. Only the best part of the games are telecast in the Highlights. Lets say someone performed so GOOD without any faults, played to his potential making the audience cheer.

Am I clear now? Sorry I am not the fluent in English

I think you mean to say this:

His clothes make me laugh.
His way of speaking makes me laugh.

He is speaking funny = He speaks in a strange way. People can't understand him.
His dressing itself is funny. = He wears strange clothing, or he dresses in a strange way .
