CliveI think I'd say 'Cultivating these good habits is worthwhile'.
Q) Is it because the subject part is not that long so it is better to put it at the front than using the pattern of It's adj + to/~ing?
(just like "putting it at the front then using the pattern of It's adj + to/~ing is better" sounds odd, right?)

Hi,

I'd put 'Cultivating these good habits' first because it seems to me the fastest and most direct way to tell the listener what I want to talk about.
