Is the following sentence natural? Any suggestions are welcome.
(Boss to his employees)
It's very easy to make things sound difficult because we are reluctant to take challenges. And this is exactly what some of us are doing here all the time.

That's how I understood it. The way I read it, the boss is reprimanding his employees (obliquely, as "some of us" and "we") for inventing reasons not to do
