Its Usual Hours

http://www.gazettenet.com/2011/10/08/briefs?SESSfdfe5574a0daeae78145ab3e5a0b4700=gnews

"The Northampton office, located at 115 Conz. St., will be open its usual hours, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m."

I think a preposition is missing. Should "open its usual hours" have been "open during its usual hours"?

You can add 'during' if you want, but it's OK as it is. Adverbials of time are sometimes used without the expected preposition in less formal situations.

We'll do that (on) Saturday.
