It's the only things

http://www.joanofarse.net/sealyr.htm

I don't know where the next breath is coming from but it's the only things that disturbs the silence.

1. It's the only things that disturbs the silence. (I don't get the structure of this sentence. What's the subject and what's the verb? 'it's', 'things', and 'disturbs' confuse me. I don't get how they work.)

Thanks.
