It's related vs they are related

Dear Users,

In the following sentence, should I say no idea if they are related in any way (they being: a higher pollution level and the fact that my throat feels uncomfortable) or no idea if it's related in any way

The pollution got higher today and and my throat feels a bit uncomfortable. No idea if it's in any way related.
