It's or it's been?

Which of the following sentences is correct?

1) It's more than a month that I've been waiting for my tablet.

2) It's been more than a month that I've been waiting for my tablet.

If both are possible, do they mean the same thing?

Finally, in your own words, how would you say this?

Thank you

No real difference. I wouldn't say either of those is wrong. But they sound a little regional to me.
