Which of the following is natural?
(1) It's not me that doesn't get back to my family.
(2) It's not me that don't get back to my family.
(3) It's not I that doesn't get back to my family.

Non of them sounds natural, not to me. You might want to say:

It's not me who doesn't get back to his family.

Only 'doesn't' sounds natural to me. I suppose it is connected with 'it is'.
