Über diesen Satz haben wir auch lange diskutiert... Müssen jetzt sogar "No matter if your room is in a mess" gelten lassen, obwohl ich immer noch der Meinung bin, dass das so nicht geht. Deine Version würde ich eher noch durchgehen lassen, die angegebene Lösung mit "It doesn't matter..." erscheint mir aber trotzdem als einzige richtig.
