96. People have different ways of escaping the stress and difficulties of modern life. Some read; some exercise; others work in their gardens. What do you think are the best ways of reducing stress? Use specific details and examples in your answer.

Knowledge is power, anyone familiar with this phrase. Knowledge helps us to find solutions, to develop and to reach to success, but not all the knowledge is teachable in fact the most essential knowledge is by experience.

Experience is vital for any region, and a good example of it is my friend, my friend has had his own business and he manages it by himself, He has more knowledge than a master’s student in management. He always says "business doing not studying". In fact once of the most important field of job request is "Experience of the field" if you want to be a lawyer, Barman or only a waiter business asks for experience because they know that experience is more essential then knowledge.
Another good example of it happened to me while I have worked in first aid training. I was a medic in the army, the medics course took only 3 months, But I have had a lot of experience while the service. On the other hand, one day a new worker joined our group to train. A medicine student on her fifth year. So I let her to explain about The CPR and I had found that she wrong. So I had though her how to give a first aid to a patient.

There are also many field that non-school teach, For example how to smoke meat, or how to love you kids, or creativity, you don't have a master degree of those kind of field, but my mother she of course a PhD of mothering. My mother she is a nurse and she pretty good in it, but her experience with kids she can teach even the manager of her hospital.

There are many fields, you can't reach and teach all of them, and even a little kid and teach a Nobel praise winner something.
