It's morning

Are they all correct?:

-It's morning now. If you want to say it is possible that it will rain this afternoon, you can't say 'it can rain'.
-It's the morning now. If you want to say it is possible that it will rain this afternoon, you can't say 'it can rain'.
-It's in the morning now. If you want to say it is possible that it will rain this afternoon, you can't say 'it can rain'.
