Grammar

It's gonna rain VS It'll rain

What is the difference?

This is a grammar which puzzles me for a long time. I heard lots of " be gonna" structures in oral english.

How to use them correctly and precisely? Thanks for your help. I am gonna appreciate it. Or should I say I will appreciate it? :-)
