It's getting hot -/ in here / here

Hi everyone!
Someone standing on the street and feels that it's getting hot. He is taking his clothes off and says:
"Phew, It's getting hot in here"
"Phew, It's getting hot here"
or just
"Phew, It's getting hot "

He also would not be taking his clothes off. he would be taking his jacket and perhaps his shirt off. If he took his clothes off, he would be arrested.
