It's full amount?

Hi! everyone.
Could you tell me whether should I use zero article in the colored phrase?
I paid a person $1267 for the service he had rendered and said
"Its full amount you can count it."
Should have I said "Its the full amount you can count it"?
I want to know what's the difference? and I will be much obliged if you tell me in what others ways can I say "its full amount" I mean some other synonymous phrases?
Thanks!
