it's fourished

Man: When did you set up/establish/build up your business?

Woman: Three years ago. During the first year, it barely made a profit. But since then, it's flourished.

For a start, are the first bolded phrases all interchangeable in the above?

Second, is it right to write "it's flourished" in the above instead of "it has flourished?" Thanks.

But I still don't get the meaning of "it's fourished." That is, "it is fourished." How could it be the passive voice?

The word is flourished, with an L. It is not passive: the contraction -'s can also represent has.
