INTRODUCTION
It is not weird to think that education in seems to be a sailing ship caught in the middle of the ocean without any help.
To start with, there are inappropriate conditions to work with and to study in each of the levels of education. For instance, there are rural schools in the whole country in which students are unable to develop their learning skills because the educational buildings do not have the necessary services as light, comfortable furniture, drinkable water, and school supplies which are essential for the purpose of learning.
From this perspective, it results an arduous task for the two parts involved teachers and students to tally with the education that is expected to reach.

Not to mention the fact that, teachers have to cope with a lower salary as well as the limited support provided by education authorities. Teachers find themselves in unmotivated environment that do not provide the essential tools for developing a human being to be part of a society and insert him into it. Nowadays teachers are not part of a hierarchy. They are not considered as educators but as people that can be manipulated to the decisions taken by the education department. Another relevant issue that is important to mention is the fact that there is no more an education of individuals as being part of a society but as being just receptors of abstract and meaningful knowledge.
Needless to say that, this kind of education is reached only by those who are able to deal with all these disparities.
2ND PARAGRAPH
Even though, the board of education has tried to manage the usual disparities between the two parts involved, the teachers and the authorities do not find a way of resolving the difficulties. For instance, weeks before starting the academic year, there have been meetings in which both parts discuss about the salary and the conditions of the educational buildings. But, there are not solutions from now on.
To sum up, the education in should change its main purpose and the authorities should pay attention to the needs of the members in order to achieve an efficient education that prepares educated individuals for the nearest future.
