It's done or you are done?

Someone has just used the photocopying machine and is still standing next to it.....I am not sure if that person still needs to use the machine...

So, is it correct to say "it's done" or "you are done"?

Thanks

I'd say "are you done?", or "you are done?"

You can say

'Are you done?' but make sure you smile as well because this sounds quite abrupt and as could be taken as though you are annoyed with waiting.

Better options are

'Hi, am I ok to use the machine now?'

'I need to do some copying, have you finished with yours ok?'
