It's been...that

Hello,

I'm having some difficulty with a construction using the present perfect.

Usually, people say:

It' been 10 years since he died.

Or

He's been dead for 10 years.

But is it right to say "It's been 10 years that he died" or "It's been 10 years that he is dead"?

Thank you for your time,
