It's been twelve years, can you believe it?
A guy and his brother are watching a home video from the guy's wedding. As they watch it, the guy says:
It's been twelve years, can you believe it?
Could you think of any better way to put it (like 'It's twelve years ago...' or something like that) or is it perfectly natural as it is? Thank you.
