Could you tell me if there are too many its and what they refers to?

The its are ok but the first sentence is still incorrect. When he's on the field, it's as if it's 10 verus 11 because he's (virtually) non-existent. ("inexistent" is very rare) Every time I audition/(go to an audition) it's as if it's for the first time.
