Is the underlined phrase natural? Too informal?
I heard it in an Indian film.
A - Do you have a big kitchen?
B - Hmmm--it's OK size. You won't dislike it.

On the other hand, I am not versed in Indian English.

I would not call it too informal. For me, an American, these "double negatives" are characteristically British constructions. At least I find that they are not uncommon in the British novels I've read. Even so, they are certainly not unheard of in the U.S.
