It’s about seven o’clock so I think we should be leaving soon.

Which of the following sentences is correct?

1) It’s about seven o’clock so I think we should leave now/soon.

2) It’s about seven o’clock so I think we should be leaving now/soon.

If both are possible, do they mean the same thing?
