It’s about exclamation(What a..! How a..!)

Hello to everyone.

There are a few examples which I found complicated. If you help me, I’ll be so relaxed. Thank you all in advance.

1-) “What a great mistake that you made me sad is “ OR “What a great mistake that you made me sad.”

2-) “What a big lose to trust someone” OR “What a big lose to trust someone is”

Which one is correct gramatically in each of the sentences?
