Why you need to hire me

I bet that it’s the first time you receive a video from your staff to tell you why you should hire her. This video would be something brand new, something that you can tell with your other staff and inspired them.

First thing first, the reason why you are given this video after more than 3 months working at Chinh Dai Industrial as an internship is, it’s the time that I do confident to tell you I’m ready to get a job at Chinh Dai with the salary I expected. I’m gonna show you my value for the company and what I expect.

The first time I had a presentation in front of Anh Tr?ng and Ch? Hà. I used the wrong vocabulary and I even can’t speak fluently. Then, I tried to improve my presentation skills by talking by myself standing before the mirror. Do you notice my English skill as much better than a couple of months ago?

After 3 months, I get used to working on Alibaba like a pro. I’ve uploaded around 100 products, optimized over 200 products. I know what’s the best way to design the image to upload on Alibaba. If you find the keyword like ‘’steel pipe’’, ‘’black pipe’’, ‘’cattle panel’’ on the search box of Alibaba with the filter ‘’Vietnam’’, Chinh Dai is always at the top of the first page.

I know I should learn harder to be better. That’s why I’ve learned Photoshop, English, Microsoft Office Skills, Presentation by myself outside of working hours. I did research Marketing Job on Glassdoor, read the job description to find what I missing is. Then, I know whats Google Analytics, Salesforce CRM, POSM, etc,…

I’m hunger information, so please teach me new things, tell me what’s my cons and don’t let me feel like I’m useless in this company.

Even though I won't be hired, I still thankful for the training and support in Chinh Dai. I wanna say thank you to Ch? Hà who is easy - going, hardworking, and patient with me. Thank you Anh Tr?ng for always spread inspiring me, I’ve been trying to practice Impromptu speaking. Thank you Anh Son for the meal on 8/3. Thanks for all of the co-worked who always nice to me.
