It's a long time since I saw/i've seen you

Dear all,

kindly see the following sentences. I would like to know whether they are correct. If yes, please tell me the difference in their meaning.

1) It’s a long time since I saw you.

2) It’s been a long time since I saw you.

3) It’s a long time since I've seen you.

4) It’s been a long time since I've seen you.

Thank you.

All four are understandable as different ways of trying to say the same thing, but the only one that sounds normal to me is the last one. I wouldn't say that any of them are incorrect, but the first two sound really wrong to my ear, and the third just sounds slightly off. Other native speakers may have different reactions.
