It's a cool/cold weather

In India, now it's a cool weather.
We have a cool weather now in here.
In India, now it's a cold weather.
We have a cold weather now.
It's very cool/cold in here.

Please correct my sentences and provide me with better versions. Also, I'm very confused with the usage of the words "cold" and "cool", and I do often mix it up. I'll be glad if you give me some tips which will help me to use of them properly.
