It's a boyS

Before the birth, this girl pregnant with twin got a party. The banner says: congrantulations. It's a boyS.

It is wrong gramatically, right? But I guess, it is just a strange way to express twin.

Anyway, could you say anything about this. Thanks.

I suppose that it was indeed a capital 'S', and that the banner writer was therefore making a grammatical play on the standard phrase, 'It's a boy!', but it would have been just as effective (and not grammatically objectionable) if it had read 'It's boys!'.
