It’s 89% pure

I heard this expression in an American movie, Chicago PD, and it was used in a context where the speaker is talking about cocain.
It sounds like one of the following setences. Both of them seeem grammatically incorrect to me.

But I wonder which one would be used in natural English spoken settings?

1) It’s 89% pure, size great I have ever seen.
2) It’s 89% pure, size grade I have ever seen.
