Its?

I have had my breakfast, Mary have had hers and our dog has had its/its breakfast.

Which is correct, its or its breakfast?

Thanks in advance.

You know whether your dog is male or female, so use 'his' or 'hers'. You are right to suspect that you don't end a sentence with its . If you don't know the gender of an animal you own, say I have had my breakfast, Mary has had hers, and so has our pet mouse/gecko/tarantula.
