Vocabulary

it's

Hello
In pronouncing the it's sound, is it possible to have the tongue a bit relaxed against the teeth ridge to block the air passage just to change immediately the articulation for the 's' phoneme?
Thanks in advanced

I don't know how relaxed you mean, but unless you block the air for a microsecond, you won't get a T. TS is almost one sound—an S that starts with a little pressure of the tongue just above the upper teeth that "explodes" immediately into the S. CJ
