Its'

I didn't think that this was a word, but it was used in an official document written by someone who would know.

The organization must meet the needs of its' members.

I thought that the possessive of it was just its. Maybe it is different for collective nouns? Originally I thought it was a typo, but alas it appears several times in the paper.
