Itinerary last Thurday listing a schedule???

Please look at this question.

"Each participants signed up for the weekend workshop on word processing -------- an itinerary last Thursday listing both the Saturday and Sunday schedules."

(A) will be sent (B)would send (C)was sent (D)was sanding

The correct answer is (C) was sent. I know when inditransitive verbs are used by passive voice, they don't require prepositions. ( eg I was given a wallet (o), I was given to a wallet(x))

But please be careful seeing this question.

"An itinerary last Thursday listing both the Saturday and Sunday schedules".

I think sometimes I can write like this.

"I yesterday went to the school." because "yesterday" is an adverb. I can put it where I want if its location is that of an adverb in a sentence.

Yesterday I went to the school(okay!)

I went to the school(also okay!)

I yesterday went to the school(absolutely okay!)

Am I wrong?

Where can I find a basis in the sentence which indicates the tense of past?
That phrase looks to me that "An itinerary which was last Thursday listing both the Saturday and Sunday schedules."

I think (A)will be sent the real correct answer.

Could you check this thought of mine and tell me what is wrong?

Thank you in advance.

" (A) will be sent (B)would send (C)was sent (D)was sanding The phrase ' last Thursday' modifies the missing verb, so the missing verb has to be past tense. 'Itinerary' does not seem a suitable word in this sentence. Basically, it refers to a journey, but I see no suggestion of a journey here.
