It/don't want to listen to it

Is the second sentence in each case correct?
It is the same sentence with the same meaning.
In each case "it" is supposed to mean "his complaining about it".

1-He says he does not want to complain about what happened.
That is good because I don't want to listen to it.

2-He is not complaining about what happened.
That is good because I don't want to listen to it.

3-He has nothing to complain about.
That is good because I don't want to listen to it.
