Itching (please read!)

i am writing about a promblem that my family, and about 20 other people i know is complainting about, for a few months now we have been bothered with itching, when going outside and coming back inside. we get hive very bad, the bottom of our feet itch terrible, and continue up our body. my sister live 600 mile from me and wrote to tell me her and a co-worker has been itching bad, i work with 4 other people that have this problem, we have to take bendryl, or alavert to get a good nite rest. this is very strange to me, and would like to know if someone esle out there have this same problem. we are wondering if there could be something wrong with the water, or is something in the air. we don't work with chemicals. or inhalens. please reply asap, because we are puzzled.
