Italicize movie titles always?

Hi. I think we have to italicize the movie titles should be italicized whenever they appear in text/writing. Do you think the title "Titanic" in the following partial sentnece should be italicized?

... impressed by the responses of the people watching the move Titanic today.

I am not sure about using the movie title before a noun, but if this is correct, do you think we should italize it also?

... watched the Titanic movie.
