Italian pension system - def version

wow...that's the final version...please tell me what do you think about..

Hi!
This is a crucial week for the Italian pension system. No time to lose
for the government which has to solve the problem of the use of the so-called 
TFR-Trattamento di fine rapporto (severance pay) to finance additional pension funds, 
and give a strong answer to a 20-year-old unresolved problem...well, me and 
Giovanni are not afraid about this because we are planning to move to  
to cultivate coffee and sugar cane.
