This one is a crucial week for the italian pension system. No time to lose for the government, whom have to close the problem about the use of the so-called TFR-Trattamento di Fine Rapporto (severance pay) to finance supplementary pension funds, and give a strongly answer to a 20-years-old non-solved problem..

...well, may be "No time to lose for the government, who (or that) have to close the problem about..".I'd like to know.

I'd prefer to change this sentence this way:

The government has no time to lo
