Not far behind were the two thugs on his tail, and Max had already fired the last bullets from his gun. He turned the corner but saw he was in a dead end. Max stopped to catch his breath and then noticed the lid of a garbage can. 01b01u00It would have to do.02u02b00 He listened closely, and then he heard their footsteps clattering on the asphalt while getting closer and closer. A light overhead cast shadows on the ground, and Max could see two men approaching with guns drawn.
