It worries me to think...

I want to say 'It's hard for me to even imagine what can happen to her' in a different way. Can I say 'it worries me to think about what might happen to her'. Is the 2nd sentence gramatically correct and does it reflect at least mostly if not completely the meaning I tried to conver in the 1st sentence?
