Which is correct:

1-It won't be difficult for me to get into the building. It will just take John to lend me a key.
2-It won't be difficult for me to get into the building. It will just take for John to lend me a key.
3-It won't be difficult for me to get into the building. It will just take that John should lend me a key.
4-It won't be difficult for me to get into the building. It will just take John's lending me a key.
