Usage and meaning of will and be going to do are always different or sometimes they carry the same meaning and are used interchangeably for the same meaning?

It will be hot tomorrow.

It is going to be hot tomorrow.

Or could you give me any examples where they are used for the same meaning, if you do not mind?
