'It was fun now'

Is it correct to say, 'It was fun now' and if it is, when would you say it?

now, to me, implies present while was implies past. I don't think they should be in the same clause/sentence.

Thanks in advance!

It's OK. Now can refer to a moment described in the sentence. «In 1950 I finally bought a car.
