It was fine all the time until this morning

Technician. Your connection seems to be healthy. But you said that when you browse, it takes a long time to load. Is that correct?

Me: Yes. It was fine all the time until this morning. The reason I thought there was a problem was that I usually browse CNN with ease but today, a lot of times it takes a couple of minutes to load a page and sometimes, it says the page failed to display.

Note: the above is an informal conversation.
Please correct any mistakes.
Thanks in advance.

I don't see why you feel that. I would be happy to use both.
