Grammar

It was a long time since I have used it.

1. It was a long time since I have used it.
2. It has been a long time since I used it.

3. It has been a long time since I have used it.
4. It was a long time since I used it.

As far as I can recollect, I had been taught only the structures #1 and #2.
But someone said to me that #1 should be #3, and another said we can use #4 in lieu of #1.
So I was very confused.
I'd like to know which ones are grammatical?

I would only use #2, or say I haven't used it for a long time.
