It vs there

Hi everyone.

Could you tell me which of the following are correct and why? I want to know the difference between "it" and "there" in the sentences. How do they change the meaning of the same sentence?

Should it be "advice" in place of "advise"?

Should there be "advice" in place of "advise?

Should it be black paint in the right cartridge instead of blue?

Should there be black paint in the right cartridge instead of blue?

Thanks!
