It vs. that/this

John: Is this the train to London Bridge?
Mary: Yes, it is.
Mary: Yes, this is.

John: Is that the bus to Oxford Street?
Mary: Yes, it is.
Mary: Yes, that is.

I was wondering which of Mary's responses is more natural in spoken English. I usually hear people say 'Yes, it is', but not 'Yes, this/that is' which, to my ear, sounds incomplete.

Are they both correct?
If so, which sounds more natural?
