It upset/offended/disappointed me

It upset me when Monica canceled our date at the last moment.

Hi,
Is "upset" in the above equivalent to "offended" and "disappointed?" Thanks.

It's the more general term for either one. One can be upset because one is offended or because one is disappointed. Offense and disappointment are two different possible causes of upset.
