Are these grammatically correct?

1. If he is still getting duplicate invoices, he will need to show it to me. <- is 'it' referring to 'getting duplicate emails' ?
2. If he is still getting duplicate invoices, he will need to show them to me. <- is 'them' referring to 'invoices' thus the use of 'them?
