Could someone please help me and check my writing for any mistakes?

Here is it:

The website provides an introduction to PHP programming language and MySQL databases. It has five different chapters (The Basics, Loops, Arrays, Functions, and MySQL). There are two interactive files. The first file is in chapter 1 under “Installation” section. It helps users to install and configure the required applications to setup their computers to use PHP. The second interactive file is in chapter 5 under “Introduction” section. It helps users to create a MySQL database using MySQL WorkBench. In addition, there are four videos to illustrate how to create new PHP project and show how to create and run functions using NetBeans.
There is also a quiz which consists of 10 questions. Users must answers all questions, otherwise, an error message will appear showing the missing question( s ). At the end of the quiz, the total score will be displayed along with links of chapters that the user must read to correct his/her mistake( s ), if any.
Finally, there is an evaluationform at the bottom of the last page in the website. It’s important to know users’ perspective on strengths, weaknesses, and areas that need improvement.
