It takes some amount + to infinitive

Hello, everyone.

I would like to know which among the followings are acceptable in English.

1. It will take 30 minutes to read the book.
2. You will take 30 minutes to read the book.
3. The book will take 30 minutes to read.
4. The book will take 30 minutes for you to read.
5. The book will take 30 minutes to be read.
6. The book will take 30 minutes reading.
7. The book will take 30 minutes for reading.

For to-infinitives being with adjectives, sometimes their object seems to be allowed to go to the subject of a sentence;
It is good to read the book.
The book is good to read.
The books is good to be read. (?)

I guess 'The books is good to be read' could sound wrong. But with the above cases, I have no clue. Would you shed a beam of light on me?

Many thanks in advance
